Sharbati Saffron Cake is a type of cake that is made using Sharbati wheat flour and saffron as the main ingredients. Sharbati wheat is a type of high-quality wheat that is grown in the northern regions of India and is prized for its texture and flavor. Saffron, on the other hand, is a spice derived from the flower of the Crocus sativus plant, and it is known for its distinct aroma, flavor, and golden color. When these two ingredients are combined, they create a cake that is rich, moist, and flavorful, with a unique aroma that is hard to forget. This type of cake is often enjoyed as a dessert or as a snack and is popular in India, especially during special occasions and celebrations.
