- Why doesn't the gift card count towards free shipping?
- Since gift cards are digital and don't require shipping, they do not contribute towards the free shipping threshold. The recipient's order value will be counted towards free shipping before the gift card balance is applied.

- Our harvest time is November - December every year. That is when saffron is being collected by hands.
